Eviction Protection Guarantee
If we screen and place a tenant who is later evicted for non-payment, we cover up to $500 of your legal fees. Our thorough Triple-Filter screening makes this scenario extremely rare, but the guarantee ensures you are never left unprotected.
Tenant Placement Guarantee
If a placed tenant vacates before completing six months of their lease term, we will find you a qualified replacement tenant at no additional leasing fee. Platinum plan owners receive a full 12-month guarantee.
Happiness & 30-Day Exit Guarantee
We earn your business every day. If you are ever unsatisfied with our service, you may cancel your management agreement with just 30 days notice and absolutely no cancellation fees — no lock-ins, no penalties, ever.
